HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Our client-focused process is very simple, and applies to all of our framing, demolition, waterproofing, or foundation footing contracting services.
Simply tell us about your project and send your drawings to email@example.com. We’ll then create a quote based on your drawings and site visits, provide you with a written proposal. After you accept the proposal, we provide a written contract that clearly outlines the scope of work and payment schedule. We’ll also provide you with a project schedule so you know what to expect and when to expect it.
If you are required to do anything prior to the start of your project, we will let you know at the time the contract is signed.
I GOT QUOTES FROM DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS AND THEY’RE ALL DIFFERENT. HOW DO YOU COME UP WITH YOUR QUOTES?
Our quotes are based on the drawings provided by our prospective clients. If the scope of work doesn’t change, then the price we quoted will not change.

Yes, all of our proposals, agreements, and contracts are provided in writing. Our documents contain all the information about the project, clearly outline the respective responsibilities of the homeowner and the contractor, and stipulate how changes to work orders are to be handled.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU WILL HONOUR YOUR WARRANTY AND NOT DISAPPEAR?
Not only have we been in business since 2007, we have also been active members in the community. We own and are firmly settled in our 2,000-square-foot office in the Highway 400 and Finch area of Toronto.

DO WE NEED TO HAVE A PERMIT?
As expert contractors, Integrity Contracting will never gamble with your family’s comfort or safety. We always adhere to building codes and ensure that all required permits are in place before we move forward. Whether it’s demolition, framing, foundation footing, or waterproofing, all of our work must pass inspection, but our professional standards far exceed the minimum requirements.
All structural work done on your home should be reviewed and passed by a city inspector. Integrity Contracting guarantees that our work will pass inspection every time. We also guarantee adherence to the most up-to-date Ontario Building Codes.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE SURE WE GET THE RESULTS WE WANT?
Results are based on your drawings. We only deliver results based on the stamped engineer or architect drawings you provide, to ensure you get the results you want.
